注意：

部门管理的修改功能，需要开发两个接口：

• 先开发根据ID查询部门信息的接口，该接口用户查询数据并展示 。(一定一定先做这个功能)

• 再开发根据ID修改部门数据的接口，记得在修改的时候，需要修改updateTime为当前系统时间 。
